2016 got off to a slow start in the show ring....but we're catching up fast, now!

In March, Journey was WB both days in Davie, FL, handled by her 9 year old co-owner, Emily Cloudman.  So proud of these two!  Journey adores Emily and will do anything for her!  Great expectations lay ahead for them!!

In April we were up in Perry, GA for 3 days of showing and came home with some SWEET wins!  Bono was Winner's Dog on Friday and WD and Best of Winners on Saturday.  Our lovely girl, Katniss, was Winner's Bitch on Saturday, too!  Then on Sunday, our youngster, Skylar Rey, was Winner's Bitch for a 4 point major!  This was her first show weekend and I was extremely happy with her performance!  Great things ahead for these 3, too!

Our BIG NEWS came in May at the Greater Daytona club's shows in Deland!  Our big lovebug, Ronin, finished his championship on Saturday, expertly handled by Patrick Mazepink!   His owners, Robin and Sheila Soltau and are absolutely thrilled!  Ronin is a handful, to say the least!  Such a happy, outgoing boy - he just loves everybody and everything and it's hard for him sometimes to pay attention to his job!  But he got it done!!!
He is now CH Kengali's Ronin Atticus!

On to June!  We were in Tampa from the 17th to 19th.  Bono was Reserve Winners the first day and the Winners the next two days, earning a 4 point major on Sunday!  To top it all off, our lovely Duma also won on Sunday for her second major!  The following weekend we were in Orlando, where Bono was Winners Dog, Best of Winners on Saturday and Sunday finishing his Championship at 13 months old!  Very proud of this young boy!!  Our girl, Gemma, came out at these shows to finish her Grand Championship and was Best of Breed on Saturday and Select on Sunday for two more majors towards her Grand.  AWESOME WEEKEND for the gang!

August in North Carolina!

We headed up to Greensboro mid August for a 5 day show and to spend time with our friend, Gary Koenig, and his gang.  We showed Katniss, Skylar and Hetty Lang.  Katniss was the lucky winner for this trip, winning our first day there.  Hetty got a couple of Reserve wins and Skylar also was Reserve one day.  It was a great trip and we had the best time, including some great outdoor adventures!

Biloxi Bound!

Labor Day weekend found us running to Biloxi trying...and succeeding!....to outrun a hurricane!  The weather in Biloxi was beautiful and WOW!! What a weekend we had!  On the first day of the show, Arya won Winners Bitch and Best of Opposite Sex, becoming our Newest Champion!  She went on to win Best of Opposite the rest of her shows that weekend and is well on her way to her Grand Champion title!  Then, on the last day of the show, Duma won Winners Bitch and also became a New Champion!  Love these girls so much!  After showing, we had some great times playing on the beach with the gang.  Unfortunately...poor Duma had to stay in our motel - she was in standing heat on this trip!  Next time!!!
